Invitation to Bid for CONSTRUCTION OF ALTERNATE OPERATION CENTER WITH WATER SYSTEM IN SOUTH AREA OF BORONGAN CITY, EASTERN SAMAR
1. The City Government of Borongan, through the 5% Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Fund (LDRRMF), Annual Budget 2025, intends to apply the sum of Four Million Six Hundred Ninety Two Thousand Five Hundred One Pesos and Twenty One Centavos only (Php4, 692, 501.21) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Alternate Operation Center with Water System in South Area of Borongan City, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Borongan now invites bids for phase 1 of a single detached elevated building facility (92.40 sq.m. floor area) for CDRRMO alternate operation center (70 sq.m) with parking and equipment area (22.40 sq.m).
