Description : The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), through the 2023 and 2024 General Appropriations Act (GAA), intends to apply the sum of Pesos: Forty-Five Million Eighteen Thousand Four Hundred Eight and 42/100 (Php 45, 018, 408.42), inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Airside Access Road at the Clark International Airport (Project). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The BCDA now invites bids for the above procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days after the issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
