APECO-Infra-C-2026-07
1) The Aurora Pacific Economic Zone and Freeport Authority (APECO), through the Corporate Budget 2026 intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Four Million Seven Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos Only (Php34, 730, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Airport Terminal Building Phase 1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Aurora Pacific Economic Zone and Freeport Authority (APECO) now invites bids for Construction of Airport Terminal Building Phase 1. Completion of the Works is required within 300 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
