1) The City Government of Cagayan de Oro, through the Current Appropriation, Annual Budget CY 2024, Non-Office: Economic Services Sector - 20% Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Four and 15/100 (PhP19, 999, 994.15) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Agusan River Flood Mitigation Structure, Tablon; SN 39a - 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
