The University of Northwestern Mindanao, through the General Appropriations Act for the Fiscal Year 2026 intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Pesos (₱15, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) as payments under the contract for 26RAFNMSC07-C: Construction of Agriculture and Environmental Science Building, Phase III Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The University of Northwestern Mindanao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Ten (210) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
