The designed building will be located on plot no. 359/1 at Pocka Street in Gostynin. The scope of the investment includes: - construction of a 40x60cm wall and walls foundations - construction of floor layers and under-floor installations - construction of above-ground walls - construction of internal water and sewage, central heating, telecommunications installations - construction of a monolithic ceiling over the garage - construction of a roof structure - execution insulating layers of the roof and ceiling - making a roof covering with metal tiles - making thermal modernization of the building - making internal plasters - installing external and internal windows and doors - installing a tank installation, a gas tank for the designed boiler room will be the property of the Investor. - installation of a tank for wastewater - the valuation should include the valuation of linear drainage in the garage.
