The LGU San Remigio, Antique, through the Meedo Fund Supplemental Budget No.
1 CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of 500, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Additional Ready
Made Tombs. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.
The LGU-San Remigio, Antique now invites bids for Construction of Additional
Ready-Made Tombs. Completion of the Works is required 40 Calendar days. Bidders
should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of
bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained
in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Error! Not a valid bookmark self-reference.
(ITB).
Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non
discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New
Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
