1) The Municipality of Pontevedra, Negros Occidental, through the 2026 20% MDF intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thirty Five Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Pesos (₱ 335, 460.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for purchase of goods used for the Construction of Additional Niches at Public Cemetery, Brgy. II) Bids received in excess of the BAC shall be automatically rejected bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Pontevedra now invites bids for the purchase of goods used for the Construction of Additional Niches at Public Cemetery, Brgy. II using the non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion. Delivery of the Goods is required 15 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
