1) The Municipality of Pontevedra, Negros Occidental, through the 2026 General Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (₱ 339, 700.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Additional Niches at Public Cemetery, Brgy. II. Bids received in excess of the BAC shall be automatically rejected bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Pontevedra now invites bids for the Construction of Additional Niches at Public Cemetery, Brgy. II using the non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion. Delivery of the Goods is required 15 to 30 working days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
