STO. TOMAS LUISIANA, LAGUNA, Laguna. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening;
2. Barangay Sto. Tomas, Luisiana, Laguna now invites bidders for the CONSTRUCTION OF ADDITIONAL COMPORT ROOM AT BRGY. STO. TOMAS LUISIANA, LAGUNA. Execution/Delivery of the project/goods shall commence within 10 days after the Notice to Proceed had been received and signed by the Winning Bidder.
