The project consists of the construction of a new extension to Ballinagree National School, Co. Cork, as per the tender drawings and specifications. Works comprise new external walls built with 215/100mm block outer leaf, a 120mm full-fill insulated cavity, and a block inner leaf with structural stainless steel wall ties.
