Construction of the Adam Mickiewicz University Archive The subject of the order is the construction of the Adam Mickiewicz University Archives. The detailed OPZ was described in the description of the subject of the order and the design documentation [Appendix No. 10]. The subject of the order includes: 1) execution based on existing documentation design and Investor's guidelines, updating the architectural and construction design, on the basis of which the building permit was issued, to the current regulations, and preparing a multi-discipline detailed design, 2) ensuring the implementation obligations of author's supervision over the implementation of construction works performed on the basis of updated design documentation, along with the performance by the Contractor of all other obligations described in the SWZ and in the Agreement, 3) comprehensive execution of works construction 4) preparation and submission of complete as-built documentation; 5) obtaining an occupancy permit. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. Minimum warranty periods: 1) for construction and installed works materials and equipment The Contractor provides a warranty for a minimum period of 36 months from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol by the Parties; Note: The quality warranty period for completed construction works and installed materials and devices is a criterion evaluation of offers. 2) warranty for physical and legal defects for materials, devices, equipment elements and all works and construction works performed as part of the implementation of the subject of the order is granted for a period of 60 months...
