The project provides for the construction of new buildings in order to transfer the activities of the former EHPAD from the site to the immediate vicinity of the current MAS de la Gilquinière. Main building of 3 levels: Ground floor with R+2. Common areas on the level Ground floor (catering, shops, etc.). The operation is located in the GHU Perray-Vaucluse complex, a historic site specializing in French psychiatry and dating from the mid-19th century, in Epinay-sur-Orge in the Essonne department (91). The site is at near the Perray Natural Park and the Sainte-Geneviève des Bois RER station. The project is part of a strong environmental approach, within the framework of sustainable development objectives (regulations, certification and labels, BDF approach, etc.). THE project owner has decided to apply the provisions of article L2112-2 of the Public Order Code, by including in the specifications a compulsory social clause of insertion for lots n°1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7.
