1) The Local Government of Llorente, through the Budget Approved by the Respective Sanggunian 2026 (20% EDF 2026) intends to apply the sum of One million two hundred twenty two thousand eight hundred ninety seven pesos and 58/100 (Php 1, 222, 897.58) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Access Road at Talisay, Brgy. Naubay. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government of Llorente now invites bids for Construction of Access Road with major Item of Works (PCCP, structure excavation, aggregate base course, 610mm RCPC, structural concrete, grouted riprap). Completion of the Works is required 100 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
