1) The Barangay Local Government Unit of Concepcion Norte, Santa Maria, Romblon, through the Trust Fund (LGSF-GEF) 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Eight Hundred Ninety Four Thousand One Hundred Seventeen and 52/100 Pesos (Php 3, 894, 117.52) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Access Road Leading to Potential Tourist Spot (Bel-At Point). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
