1. The LGU-GIGMOTO, CATANDUANES through the 20% EDF 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty One Pesos & 69/100 (PHp1, 099, 921.69) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract No. 2026-INFRA-009- CONSTRUCTION OF ACCESS ROAD LEADING TO MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING at Poblacion District - II, Gigmoto, Catanduanes . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
