CONSTRUCTION OF ACCESS ROAD GOING TO BOULEVARD AT BARIIS POBLACION, RAPU-RAPU, ALBAY
1. The Local Government Unit of Rapu-Rapu, Albay, through the 20% LDF CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (Php 5, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF ACCESS ROAD GOING TO BOULEVARD AT BARIIS POBLACION, RAPU-RAPU, ALBAY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Rapu-Rapu, Albay now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 270 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
