1. The subject of the order is the development of design documentation for the construction of an access road to the planned building of the District Police Headquarters in Koło, including accompanying infrastructure, drainage and obtaining the required agreements, opinions and permits. The investment is located in Koło, plot no 7/9, 8/1, 11/4 map sheets 45 and 14/10, 14/12, 14/14 map sheets 44.2. GENERAL DATA OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER:1) The scope of development of design documentation includes, among others: a) obtaining a map for the purposes necessary to develop the documentation, b) geotechnical tests of the soil, in justified cases the designer must will provide for the need to carry out field tests and excavations, c) a design for the construction of a road with a demountable structure, d) a design for the drainage of the area under the conditions issued by the Municipal Office in Koło and Miejski Zakad Wodocigw i Kanalizacja sp. z o.o. in Koło, e) target Traffic Organization Project, f) canal project technological, g) area lighting design under the conditions issued by Owietlenie Uliczne i Drogowe Sp. z o. o. in Kalisz, h) obtaining the required decisions and approvals, including construction permits.2) The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes, in particular, the preparation of: 1) design zag...
