The Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST) through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) hereby invites all interested bidders/contractors registered with and classified by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) to bid for hereunder contract. Bids received in excess of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) shall be automatically rejected at bid opening:
