1) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF ABRA, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION SIX HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php3, 650, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF ABRA PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL SOLAR POWERED WATER SYSTEM with Contract ID PGA-PHO(EDF26CO-WS)-CW02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF ABRA now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF ABRA PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL SOLAR POWERED WATER SYSTEM located at Brgy. Calaba, Bangued, Abra. Completion of the Works is required within 81 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
