1. The Municipal Government of Cajidiocan, Romblon intends to apply the sum FIFTEEN MILLION FIVE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED TWELEVE PESOS and 69/100 ONLY (PHP 15, 599, 912.08) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract CONSTRUCTION OF “AA” SLAUGHTER HOUSE/ABATTOIR- ALIBAGON, CAJIDIOCAN, ROMBLON. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
