The Municipality of Manay, through the General Fund CY 2026 under 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Thousand (P 700, 000.00) Pesos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Civil Works Construction of 60 L.M. Concrete Pathway, Brgy. Capasnan, Manay, Davao Oriental with Project Identification No. 101-2026-06-08-5. BID in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1. The Municipality of Manay now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. . The bidder must have completed, within a period of three (3) years from the submission of the bid Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
