Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderer shall have updated Trade License, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and Tax Return acknowledgement/certificate.2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 07 [Seven] years.3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 [One] contract(s) of construction of minimum 3 (three) storied building including sanitary and electrical work as well as furniture supply successfully completed in any government/semi government/autonomous organization within the last 05 [five] years, each with a value of at least Tk. 2, 50, 00, 000.00 [Two Crore Fifty Lac].4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 5, 50, 00, 000.00 [Five Crore Fifty Lac] over the last 05 [five] years.5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1, 90, 00, 000.00 [One Crore Ninety Lac].6. The minimum capacity shall be: Tk 3, 00, 00, 000.00 [Three Crore].
Brief Description of Works : The work includes:• Construction of one 3 (three) storied Ansar Barrack of total 900 sqm floor area including sanitary, electrical work at Khalishpur, Khulna.• Furniture is to be supplied as per BoQ.
