CONSTRUCTION OF 3 STOREY OFFICE BUILDING OF MANGALDAN WATER DISTRICT
1. The Mangaldan Water District, through the MAWAD Corporate Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Seven Pesos & 36/100 (₱ 12, 499, 987.36) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of 3 Storey Office Building of Mangaldan Water District. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Mangaldan Water District now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Two Hundred Seventy Five (275) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
