Tender Details

The subject of the order is the construction of 3 biogas wells within section IV and subsection IV of the non-hazardous and neutral waste landfill in the area of NOVAGO Żnin, based in Wawrzynki 35, 88-400 Żnin. As part of the execution of the order, the Contractor is obliged, among others, to: - manufacture and deliver complete steel covers fi 600x8 mm with screw heads adapted to lift them as the level of waste in the quarter increases, the length of each cover is 3 m, - drill holes fi 500 for gas wells at depth approximately 12 m each, - installation of perforated pipes, construction of a filter (gravel fraction 16-32) along the entire length of the well, and then installation of casing pipes fi600 (leading them out to a height of 1.5 m above the ground), - removal of the wells in place indicated by the Ordering Party, - excavations and laying of transmission lines of 90 mm between the new wells and the connection points near the existing wells in sections I and II of the waste landfill, the points will be agreed with the Ordering Party on stage of the task implementation, - construction of linear steam traps, - connection of the well to the transmission line using a 63 mm flexible Canflex cable, - installation of control and measurement valves on fi90 lines at the connection points of the existing biogas installation, - dismantling 3 wells existing in section IV of the waste landfill, - backfilling the trenches, leveling the area after the works, - launching a new part of the installation.
