Object of the Project is: The Complete Study & Construction for full operation of the 2nd Lyceum of the Municipality of Aspropyrgos, with a capacity of 300 students, in OT. 347 in Aspropyrgos. Construction of the 2nd General Lyceum of Aspropyrgos The project's tender budget amounts to in 10, 483, 870.97 Euros (plus VAT) and is broken down into: Lump-sum Work Expenditure 7, 568, 000.00 Euro General expenses and Contractor's Profit (G.E.+G.E.) 1, 362, 240.00 Euro Contingencies (at a rate of 9% on the work expenditure and the G.E.+O.E. fund) 803, 721.60 Euros, which are spent in accordance with the conditions of article 156 par. 3. (a) of Law 4412/2016. Fee for studies 705, 673.04 Euro Accounting expenses (recycling expenses, archeology expenses, etc.) 42, 236.33 Euros. In the above amount there is a revision in the amount prices 2, 000.00 Euros, in accordance with article 153 of Law 4412/2016.
