1. The subject of the order is the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation along with the execution of construction works for the task titled: Construction of 2 technical exits to the beach on the section of the sea coast between the town of Mrzeyno and the town of Dwirzyno in the design and construction formula. build. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and the PFU constituting Appendix No. 11 to the SWZ. 2. Pursuant to Art. 95 section 1 of the Act of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law, the Contractor will employ under an employment contract in within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code, persons performing activities within the scope of work covered by the subject of the contract, including: persons performing general construction works and construction machinery operators. Detailed requirements for implementation and enforcing the employment requirement under an employment contract are specified in the contract template constituting Appendix 2 to the SWZ.
