1) The Local Government Unit of Paranas, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Php 7, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of 2-Storey Multi-Purpose Building/ Evacuation Center, Brgy. Pequit, Paranas, Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Paranas now invites bids for Construction of 2-Storey Multi-Purpose Building/ Evacuation Center, Brgy. Pequit, Paranas, Samar. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Seventy (270) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
