1) The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Naguilian, Isabela through the FY2026 GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT (Capital Outlay)3 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of 2 Storey Multi-Purpose Building at Barangay Villa Capuchino, Naguilian, Isabela. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU Naguilian, Isabela now invites bids for Construction of 2 Storey Multi-Purpose Building at Barangay Villa Capuchino, Naguilian, Isabela Completion of the Works is required 45 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
