Macarthur, Eastern Samar, through 20% BDF FY-2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Fifty One Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Four Pesos & Eighty Centavos (951, 984.80) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of 2-Storey Barangay Multi-Purpose Hall-Phase 2 of Barangay Vigan, Gen. Macarthur Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
