Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction Firms who have minimum 5 (five) years of general experience in construction works.(b) Having experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Construction of at least 01 (one) contracts successful completed within the last 05(five) years with a value of least Tk.1.50 (One Point five zero) Crore in a single contract of capacity not less than 60m³/day in any Government/ Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.(c)At least 01 (One) no of sewearge treatment plant capacity not less than 60m³/day is runing in the last 03 (Three) years. (d)The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) years of Tk.1.60 (One point six zero) Crore. Payment certificate for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.(e) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 0.80 (Zero point eight zero) crore. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Letter of Commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form PW2a-3 of Tender and Contract Forms section of standard documents (PW2a) must be submitted for this purpose.(f) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk.1.70 (One point seven zero) Crore.(g) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate shall be rejected.(h) The tenderer must possesi.
