1) The Provincial Government of Palawan, through the Certification of Availability of Appropriation (OBR No. CAA-26-00168-DF-PPE) intends to apply the sum of Six Million Pesos (PHP 6, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF 2-BARREL REINFORCED CONCRETE BOX CULVERT (RCBC) located at TABUD, BATARAZA, PALAWAN (Project Reference No: B2 GF PEO 26-03-013. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
