Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in Building Construction Works as prime contractor shall be 10 (ten) years.2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor in cast-in-place fair-faced building construction works by using at least 75% of OPC and 25% of white cement of at least 10- storied building with one basement in/c. civil, internal sanitary & water supply and internal electrical works of at least one contract successfully completed within the last 5(five) years with a value of at least Tk. 1780.00 (seventeen hundred eighty) lac in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization.3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk 1680.00 (sixteen hundred eighty) lac over the last 5 (five) years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit facilities as PW3-7 format of the Tenderers shall be Tk 635.00 (six hundred thirty-five) lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued by scheduled bank in between tender publication and submission date in e-GP portal.5. The minimum tender capacity shall be 1950.00 (nineteen hundred fifty) lac. In case of JV tender capacity required for leading and other partners shall be as described in TDS. In case of JV, agreement between leading and other partners shall be required.6. The tenderers must possess up-to-date trade and VAT registration certificate, income TAX clearance certificate and ABC and supervisory license.7.
