Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF 1 UNIT 1 STOREY 3 CLASSROOMS AT SAN JOSE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, ROXAS, ORIENTAL MINDORO
1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM), through the DepEd intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Four Hundred Fifty Eight Thousand Twenty Four Pesos and 87/100 (Php 9, 458, 024.87) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Construction of 1 Unit 1 Storey 3 Classrooms at San Jose Elementary School, Roxas, Oriental Mindoro (IB No. CW-2026-059)”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 254 calendar days. Bidders should have a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
