1) The [Local Government Unit of Pasacao, Camarines Sur], through the [20% Local Development Fund, CY 2025] intends to apply the sum of [Two Million Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Six Pesos and 11/100 (PhP2, 499, 986.11] being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for [Construction of 1 Storey Classroom, Caranan West Elementary School]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The [Local Government Unit of Pasacao, Camarines Sur] now invites bids for [Construction of Itulan Bridge]. Completion of the Works is required [120 CD]. Bidders should have completed, within [3 years] from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
