Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF 1 STOREY 2 CLASSROOMS AT PAPANDAYAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, PINAMALAYAN, ORIENTAL MINDORO
1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM), through the DepEd intends to apply the sum of Six Million Three Hundred One Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Four Pesos and 86/100 (Php 6, 301, 534.86) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Construction of 1 Storey 2 Classrooms at Papandayan Elementary School, Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro (IB No. CW-2026-063)”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 186 calendar days. Bidders should have a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
