Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF 1 STOREY, 2 CLASSROOMS AT LUMANGBAYAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, LUMANGBAYAN, BACO, ORIENTAL MINDORO
1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM), through the SIP MOA 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Three Hundred Ninety Four Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Pesos and 24/100 (Php 5, 394, 430.24) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Construction of 1 Storey, 2 Classrooms at Lumangbayan National High school, Lumangbayan, Baco, Oriental Mindoro (IB No. CW-2026-028)”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 167 calendar days. Bidders should have a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
