The Municipal Government of Benito Soliven, Isabela through the 20% Economic Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Ph 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of 1 Classroom Building at Guilingan Elementary School-Phase I. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
