Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for Tender is open to all Eligible Tenderers as Mentioned below:A) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5 (five) years of general experience in Construction works.B) Specific experience of Successful completion of works with a value of 85.00 (eighty five) Lac in a single contact within last 5(five) years in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organizations in which steel works shall be included. Tender Security shall be TK. 3.30 (three point three zero) Lac.C) The required average annual construction turnover must be greater than Tk 120.00 (one hundred and twenty) lac during the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets of the bidder shall be TK. 120.00 (one hundred and twenty) Lac only. Letter of commitment for Bank-s undertaking line of credit shall be in form e-PW2A-8.E) Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate, ABC category contractor & supervisor license shall be submitted.
