1. The subject of the order is the execution of an investment task called Construction of an exploration and appraisal well for thermal waters Zielonki-Parcela GT-1 in the town of Zielonki-Parcela.2. The subject of the order includes: Construction works and other activities specified in design documentation, decisions and conditions, as well as work and auxiliary activities necessary for the proper execution of the subject of the order. The subject of the order will be implemented on plot no. 378 in the town of Zielonki-Parcela in the Starych Commune Babice. The subject of the order is described in detail in the appendices: No. 2 Designed contractual provisions, No. 11 Description of the Subject Matter of the order (OPZ) and in the Design of geological works for drilling an exploration and appraisal well for thermal waters Zielonki-Parcela GT-1 in the town of Zielonki-Parcela. 3. Detailed subject of the order (activities to be performed), performance conditions, employment requirements under an employment contract pursuant to Art. 95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law and other details are described in p draft provisions of the contract, decisions of the Marshal of the Masovian Voivodeship, constituting annexes to the SWZ and in the technical documentation.
