MUNICIPALITY OF MATANAO
1.The Local Government Unit of Matanao utilizes the amount of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos & 00/100 (Php 1, 500, 000.00) from CY 2026 General Fund under the Supplemental Budget for the Construction of GSO Office with Warehouse at Brgy. Poblacion, Matanao, Davao del Sur. The BAC of the LGU intends to apply the same amount of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos & 00/100 (Php 1, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Construction of GSO Office with Warehouse at Barangay Poblacion, Matanao, Davao del Sur under Project I.D. No. 09-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Local Government Unit of Matanao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project applying the IRR of RA No. 12009. Completion of the Works is required within Ninety Calendar Days (90 CD).
