the work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to construct three (3) troop shelters including clearing, grubbing, excavation, fill and compaction, concrete foundations and walls, wood roof trusses, metal siding, roofing and doors and electrical.
