Description
Invitation for Bids (IFB) Set-Aside for Small Businesses: NAICS Code: 238990 ? All Other Specialty Trade Contractors: The Tennessee Air National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the Construction of installing a secondary perimeter fence required to provide adequate base perimeter fencing. The fence will be a 5, 500-foot-long electrostatic powder coated black anti-climb fence and gates utilizing expanded metal mesh panels. The contractor shall fabricate and install seven 8-foot-wide gates, three 5-foot-wide gates and two 30-foot-wide vehicle gates constructed with the same anti-climb material as the fence. The system will be constructed at approximately 24-40 feet to the interior of the current perimeter fence. The contractor shall develop design specifications and associated drawings for the fence footings and for the vehicle gate foundations at the 164th Airlift Wing - Tennessee Air National Guard Base, Memphis, TN 38118. The contract duration will be 550 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses.
