Tenders are invited for Construct a Building for Laboratories and a Dining Hall Building in Al-Rafaa School - the Second and Third Cycle for Boys, in Plot No. 0341, Al-Rafaa Area in the Emirate of Umm Al-Quwain. The Works Consist Of: 1- the Laboratory Building, Which Consists of a Reception, in Addition to Six Laboratories, Teachers- Office, Bathrooms for Students and Teachers, a Storeroom, an Electrical Room, and Communications Room. 2- the Dining Hall Building, Which Consists of a Dining Hall Room, a Kitchen, a Prayer Room, a Clinic, an Isolation Room, Bathrooms for Students, a Workers- Rest Room, a Store, an Electrical Room, and a Communication Room. 3- a Room for Pumps and a Water Tank with a Wall. 4- Waste Water Tank 5- External Business.
