INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT (DULAG, LEYTE)

1. The Department of Health - Treatment and Rehabilitation Center-Dulag, through the General Appropriations Act 2024-Capital Outlay (SAA No. 2024-02-000286) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 4, 200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT (DULAG, LEYTE) IB No. Infra-03-2024-02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
