I. SUBJECT OF THE ORDER:1. The subject of the order are construction and conservation works of the eastern and southern wings, including the arcade, first floor and façade, located in the High Castle.2. The planned works are aimed at improving the condition of the facility historic site, as well as exposing layers with historical potential.3. The works will be carried out based on the conservation work program, project documentation and administrative decisions constituting the legal basis for carrying out the works. 4. Detailed scope the subject of the order and the method of its execution are determined by the following documents: 1) Design documentation for the cloister of the High Castle, i.e.: a) inventory, b) architectural and construction design, - Annex No. 1 to SWZ, 2) Program of conservation works for the cloister of the Castle Wysokiego, Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, 3) Bill of quantities, Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, 4) Description of the subject of the order, detailed description (Guidelines), Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, Annex No. 1 to the Agreement, 5) Draft contract, Annex No. 5 to the SWZ, 5.
