"CONSERVATION OF MUSEUM ARTICLES FROM THE COLLECTION OF THE GREAT POLAND INDEPENDENCE MUSEUM INTENDED FOR EXHIBITION AT THE PERMANENT EXHIBITION OF THE MUSEUM OF THE GREAT POLAND UPRISING 1918-1919 IN POZNAŃ" Similar contracts - the Ordering Party envisages awarding contracts in accordance with Art. 214 paragraph 1 point 7) of the Public Procurement Law (up to 10% of the value of the basic order) in the event of the circumstances referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law. The subject of the said orders will be similar services consistent with the subject of the order basic. The Ordering Party anticipates awarding this type of contracts in particular when there is a need and/or need to perform scopes of work not currently included in the scope of the basic contract, and the execution of which will be possible by repeating services similar to those provided for in the scope of the basic contract. The condition for awarding an order involving the repetition of similar services is confirmation that: •the previous contractor performed the services on time and with with the utmost care, • the existing Contractor will ensure that the standard of performance of the new order is no worse than that of the basic order, • the current Contractor will accept the essential terms of the current contract, •The Ordering Party will carry out the existing one The contractor will conduct negotiations, as a result of which the remuneration and the deadline for completing such an order will be agreed.
