(CPAI) requesting to upgrade sections of existing gravel roads throughout the Kuparuk River Unit (KRU) and restore/replace up to 16 culverts. The proposed project will be adjudicated under AS 38.05 and 11 AAC 83.158. The Division provides public notice and an opportunity to comment.
