The subject of the public contract is the right to erect asphalt surfaces with the construction and delineation of parking spaces for residents of adjacent apartment buildings. The existing reinforced asphalt area will be connected to the existing area on Junck Street by means of a new road, creating 68 parking spaces and 5 reserved parking spaces. The road is designed as a two-way two-lane road. Next to the house on Kmochova Street, there will be a new construction sidewalk and perpendicular to the city parking lot. These are 11 vertical places and 2 reserved places. The core of the building is a new thermal cover pipeline, namely by placing a reinforced concrete panel above the pipeline. According to the construction laws, the pedestrian path will be constructed in the form of a right-of-way level to the extent necessary to the level of the connecting road
