Brief description of the tender: Elering AS (Elering) is renovating the Loo 110 kV substation for connection. Renovation is carried out using the "turnkey" method. The exact description of the subject of the procurement contract is given in the basic documents of public procurement. The basic documents of the public procurement are partial confidential. The bidder must have familiarized himself with the confidential documents in order to submit the bid. The tenderer sends the procurer a signed confidentiality agreement for viewing the confidential documents. The procurer signs the corresponding contract, returns it to its provider and forwards the confidential documents to the provider within 3 working days. The procurer rejects the bidder's offer if the bidder has not signed a confidentiality agreement and thus does not have access to confidential documents.
